BakeShape Privacy Policy

We keep this short and true.
What we collect
- · Your email address, for sign-in and account management.
- · Payment and billing details are handled entirely by Stripe — card numbers never touch our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
- · When you use AI generation, the text of your request is stored with your account so we can operate, support and improve the service.
- · Basic usage counts (e.g. how many designs are generated or downloaded each day), stored as aggregate numbers, not tied to individuals.
What we don't do
- · We don't sell your personal information.
- · We don't show third-party ads inside BakeShape.
- · We don't store your card details.
Service providers
We use trusted third-party providers to run BakeShape: payment processing (Stripe — see Stripe's privacy policy for how they handle payment data), secure cloud hosting for accounts and data, email delivery for sign-in codes, and AI image-generation services (your typed idea is sent to the AI service to create your design). Some providers process data outside Australia (including the United States).
Cookies and advertising
BakeShape uses cookies needed to keep you signed in. We may also use advertising and analytics cookies or pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) to measure our advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest, and to reach people who've visited BakeShape. These measure things like which ads lead to sign-ups; they don't give advertisers your BakeShape account details. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings, your device's ad preferences, and the ad-preference tools inside Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. Where your local law provides additional opt-out rights (for example a "do not sell or share" right in some US states), you can exercise them by emailing shapebakestl@gmail.com.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal information at any time: shapebakestl@gmail.com. Deleting your account may not remove anonymised or aggregated records that no longer identify you.
