Refunds & Cancellation

Subscriptions
Cancel anytime from your account page (Manage billing). Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then drops to Free — no further charges. We don't offer pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a billing period, except where required by law.
Credit packs
Credit packs never expire and stay on your account, so there's nothing to lose by waiting to use them. Because they're delivered instantly as usable credits, they're generally non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
Consumed designs
A design credit is consumed when a generation completes. Completed generations aren't refundable — AI results vary, and that variability is part of the service (see our Terms). If a generation fails or is refused, your credit is automatically returned.
Consumer Law
Nothing on this page limits your rights under Consumer Law. If BakeShape has a major failure you're entitled to the remedies the law provides, including refunds where applicable.
